Move to a new server

Export entire Database from old server
Create Blank temp database into new server
import database into new server
Do a regular installation of the piwigo software on the new server. The new installation will create a new blank database
copy each usable tables from the old installation to the new one
_image_tag, _image_category, _images, _categories
